BUSINESS PLAN IS OVER !

Hi, this is Daisuke Honjo!
I couldn't post my article because some reasons.
I'm sorry about that X(

Last Thursday, we had final presentation of business plan.
I was sooooo nervous that i made mistakes 2times.
Because of that, my part took a lot of time to be done.

However, after the final presentation, i felt free from business plan.
And, all of the group A played billiards!
It was so fun : )


Also, we moved to another dorm.
New one is very very good!
But, to be honest, I want to live in new one from the beginning!

tomorrow, we have to back to Japan ...
i wanna stay here!!

Shopping with host family!

Hello, It's Daisuke Kobayashi.

Today, we went to shopping with our host family. We bought a lot of clothes and souvenirs. We spent lots of money, but we bought the things that can't buy in Japan and much cheaper so, we are not regretting that.

Our host family also brought us to famous ice cream store. And we had a delicious drink with ice cream top on. It was great, but to be honest, that was so sweet that, I couldn't had all.

And we had a great dinner with his sun's wonderful family with a 1 years old baby. He was so cute and we took a picture and movies, so we would like you to see that!

Home Stay!!

Hi!!

It's Daisuke Kobayashi.

yesterday, we did float trip. It was so exciting but also it was so hard. The view that we could see on the boat was so beautiful. I could see the cliff and bird and sky at the same time. That was so amazing.

After the float trip, Me and Takashi went to our host family's house. They are so kind and very rich and wonderful family. Our rooms are so wonderful and we couldn't believe that we can use these rooms.

I think we are the most lucky students in our group.

Good evening. I am aiko.
Today, we almost finished our business plan.
At first, we didnot know how to research the data and how to make the business plan in English.
But now, all of us know these method.

I appreciate our RA, kayla! I owe my success to her.

Recently, I want to eat Japanese foods so much.
Kenji has paste of miso soup so i want it. :)

St. Louis Enterprise Center

Hello, it's Eri.

Our business plan is coming to an end.
We have to do our presentation on August 19th.
I can hardly wait for the day coming! I want to get free from this hardship soon!

And today, we went to St. Louis Enterprise Center.
We could receive a interesting and informative talk for our business plan.

After the field trip, we play basketball, badminton, and volleyball at a gym.
It was very very pleasant time!
I want to play sports together again.

The Arch!!

Hi, This is Daisuke Kobayashi!!

Today, We wake up 8 o'clock and went to see the Arch. We all were sleeply and quite tired so some  of us said we don't wanna go! But when we arrived the Arch, we were all moved by its heights and it was really beautifull. And we rode the small capsel and went to the top of the Arch. There are about 16 windows each side, and we could see the nearly whole city. It was so beautiful and excited. I'm really regret that I forgot to bring my camera with me. But, I won't forget the view! And We had a dinner at old spagetti restaurant. It was delicious. It was a good day, and It was really really  excited  than  just staying at home!

Today, we went shopping to GALLERIA.
All the girls were looking froward to it so everyone was so excited.

Shopping was so much fun!
but I wish I had more time to do shopping...

After shopping, we had a chinese dinner.
it was delicious.

Now, I'm working on a Business Plan homework.
It's sooooo difficult.
but I'm doing my best!

Operation Plan

yesterday, we were planning how to operate our services.

Mr. Hauff said we would have presentation about operation plan next day. so, we had to make our operation plan which is the biggest part of the business plan.

because we made our operation plan, Koba could make a very very good presentation about operation plan.

but, from today, we have to make our financial plan.
so we will do best!! :)

We are making a business plan every day.
It is too dificult for us because we must research a lot of data about our industry.
Therefore, the data is almost English! It is toooo hard :(

By the way, we went to ground to play baseball game.
It was too hot, but we had a lot of fun!! ;)

Gym

Hi, this is Eri.

Today, we had a regular day.
But after the classes, we went to gym, and played bascketball!! It was really fun!

And now, we are reseaching marketing for Business Plan.
I think I said the similar thing last time;
It is so difficult and we've spent much time on it.
I'm anxious about whether we can finish our plan...

Reporting last weekend, we had a lot of fun!
We enjoyed shopping and Six Flags.
But when we went to Six Flags, it was sooooo HOT!!
I got heavily sunburned. The sunburn is making my shoulders sting.

Field Trip

Hi! This is Sara!

Today, we went to Hillermann Nursery & Florist as our field trip.
Ms. Hillermann take us arond in the shop and told us about her business.
Her story was very interesting and the flower there were sooo beautiful!!

There were two dogs in the shop and they were really cute!
I really like dogs so I got excited. Thery were soooooooooo cute!!

Today, everyone looked kind of tired because of yesterday's Six Flags.
But we did our best! I hope...

I can't wait the weekend!

August 10th 2010

This is Daisuke Kobayshi. I will tell you what we did yesterday.Yesterday, we went to Six Flags where we did have fun with attractions and swimming pools.  It was a really hot day as usual.  We went to the amusement park rides first, and we rode about 6 coasters. They were so fast that we couldn't help but shout loud.  Six Flags wasn't a disaster, but we were all drained. Most of us went to the swimming pool but some of us didn't bring swimming clothes, so they didn't go swimming. We all had lots fun, but we all got sunburns. So, today some of the girls were crying about their skin hurting. 

going to St. Louis Mills

Hi, this is Daiuske Honjo!

We went to St. Louis Mills today!

I got a lot of favorite things in the mall.

I bought sweater, shirt, sandal, and shades.
In TOMMY FILGER, I could bought the sweater for 14 dollars!
It was soooooo cheap!!!
I'm very very happy to have good shopping!

Tomorrow, we will go to 6Flags.
I heard that Six Flags has many exiting rollar coasters.
So, I'm scared a little : (
But I will enjoy 6Flags!

Hi, I'm Aiko! Now, it's 2:30 in the US.
At 3:00, we are going to go shopping. Iam so exited.

Yesterday, I and Yuki irie went to telescope to watch sters with Mr.Meyer.
We could watch Mars ,Venus ,Jupiter and its satellite!
We spent really precioustime ;)
there was one ptripe in Jupiter. We couldn't watch red spot.
Mr.meyer said red spot will apper afetr a lapse of several years.

I and Irie were very exited!!

Life at UMSL

Good afternoon! This is Eri.

It is 10:00 pm here in St. Louis.
We get used to the life of UMSL somewhat.

Today, we have no event after class, but we have to do about the Business Plan. It is really hard!We have many things which we have to do.

However, instead of that, we also have a lot of fun!
We go shopping and Six Flags this weekend!!
I'm very very looking forward to it.

Hi! This is Sara.
I'm sorry that I fogrot to write a blog yesterday.
I washaving so much fun last night so that I forgot to write it... sorry!

Yesterday, we went to Botanical Garden after class.
There were many kinds of garden in there and Japanese type garden was there, too.
Japanese garden was sooo huge!!

The blues live was held in there and many people were having fun.
We had so much fun last night!

The project has started!!

Daisuke Kobayashi

It was a really hot day. I'm feeling that Japan was much cooler than here. Then I heard that yesterday and today were the hottest days, and from today it will get better. I hope so.

In class, we all did presentations that we prepared from we were in Japan. Our group presented first. We got nervous but our group really cared about time management. So I think we could give a good presentation.

After presentation, we had a lunch. We were so relaxing and eating slowly, and then we couldn't finish it in lunch time. I really think that lunch time isn't long enough, because it is including time to move and get ready for the next class.

Next class was business. The teacher's pronunciation was really hard and I couldn't understand all.

But I could understand that the project has started right now.

I'm looking forward to going to UMSL!
Now, we have some final tests for some days.
But I get excited when I imagine a UMSL life!

Before that, I have to study for final tests...
and also have to prepare for this trip.
